I purchased an engraved pendant as a Christmas gift for my son's grandmother. Firstly, as I was previously unaware of your company or product, I only noticed it a week before Christmas. The service I received was second to none. Each and every response was quick and prompt and delivery before the holiday was not a problem. The product arrived and I was absolutely amazed at the likeness of the pendant to the photo I provided. The importance of this was huge as it was a representation of the recipient's husband who had passed away a few years earlier. Upon presenting the gift on Christmas day, her reaction was incredibly heartfelt and warming. She was completely floored. She just simply burst into tears. Hi Tim, I would like to thank you and your team at Image Gold so much. The fact that we discussed the bead for my Mums birthday present and within a day of discussing the bead and sending a picture through, received confirmation it had been posted to me and then when I received it seeing how absolutely gorgeous it was and how good the quality was. I was completely gobsmacked. The entire experience from ordering, receiving and posting off to my Mum for her birthday and then hearing her voice when she opened it was just great. Dear Tim I purchased a watch through you and the service was fantastic. I always got the information l required if not on the spot but from return phone calls. The delivery of the item was well within the asked time. The product was well presented and the receiver of the gift was speechless.
